Nintendo Gets Stocks from Panasonic PUX Software Engine

Nintendo recently get a 27% stake in PUX Software. PUX is a software development kit that are used in games like Brain Age.

The PUX SDK includes video codecs to encode movies, 2D to 3D conversion software, and recognition tools for speech, gestures, handwriting, faces and objects.

However, Panasonic still holds majority of the company with 51% stake in the company with the rest owned by the others.
