Forgive me for the ugly pun of the title, but it looks like Vanille from the Final Fantasy XIII will return in the upcoming Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.
In the ending of Final Fantasy XIII, Vanille turned to a crystal along with Fang. However it seems she returned to normal in this game.
