Japan Idol group Morning Musume recently celebrated their 16th anniversary. With the anniversary, they held an event on September 14 at Bellesale Shibuya Garden called "Watashitachi ga, Ima no Morning Musume desu. 17-nen mo, Saa, Ikouka"
It was on September 16, 16 years ago when the group was first announced on tv show "Asayan". Currently, the idol group is composed of 10 members with Michishige Ayumi as the leader.
During the event, they also performed the Morning Musume hit song "Renai Revolution 21", which was first released in 2000, with new choreography.
