Hiroshi Yamauchi. Long Time President of Nintendo Dies


Hiroshi Yamauchi, former president of Nintendo (1949-2002) has passed away at the age of 85.

Hiroshi Yamauchi took the reigns of Nintendo due to his grandfather having a stroke, who was the president of Nintendo at that time.

With Yamauchi, he transformed a trading card company to one of the biggest icons of video game in all history.

Yamauchi passed away at a Kyoto hospital, where he is being treated for pneumonia.
